Terms of Use: EASE

By checking the box next to this Terms of Use, and clicking the "Purchase" button, you as the student or client of EASE, whether through purchasing online, or opting in via the early bird option (hereinafter "you" or "Client") agree and willingly purchase entry into this program to be provided with services rendered by BeBoss International Ltd (hereinafter "BeBoss Creative"), and you agree you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding Agreement with BeBoss Creative, inclusive of the following terms and conditions mutually agreed upon:

For good and valuable consideration as outlined below, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by all parties, Client is electing to purchase access to "EASE". In exchange, BeBoss Creative agrees to provide the services outlined in the Program Outline below.

Non-Disclosure

A.) Client understands that one of the primary elements in purchasing EASE and learning from BeBoss Creative is the benefit of obtaining expert guidance, teachings, materials, and exercises that have given BeBoss Creative its social media following and online influence. Following Client's participation in this Program, Client will have gained access to various trade secrets and personal intellectual property of BeBoss Creative, including but not limited to materials such as verbal advice, mindset guidance, strategies, written templates, modules, technical information, business advice, and/or other information that may have become available for use through Client's participation. Client understands and acknowledges that this information is not to be openly shared with others who have not participated in EASE, without permission from BeBoss Creative or Saara Kappi personally.

B.) Client agrees not to share, copy, or distribute any documents or other proprietary information obtained through EASE, and agrees that he or she will be in violation of these Terms of Use if he or she uses any of the Content outlined as his/her own material, or repurposes and uses the Content in his/her own business as a product or service being offered for sale, without express written permission of BeBoss Creative. Client also understands and agrees he/she will not disclose or use any information provided to Client as part of the participation in EASE, other than for personal use in her own business and social media accounts without prior written permission from BeBoss Creative.

Testimonials

A.) Client understands and agrees that any and all commentary provided within the "Kajabi Communities" channels, a BeBoss Creative testimonial collection form, a conversation with a BeBoss Creative team member, and/or on public social media profiles belonging to BeBoss Creative may be published and used as testimonials by BeBoss Creative. Client gives BeBoss Creative a non-exclusive license to use the copy as written inside all "Kajabi Communities" channels, social media profile, in an email, in a form, or in a transcript of a call, or otherwise, and repost on BeBoss Creative's social media channels, in advertisements for EASE, or other similar channels for the specific purpose of promoting and showcasing EASE client results. Client understands that he/she will have no expectation of privacy within the Kajabi Communities platform, and that any comments made may be used by BeBoss Creative.

B.) The material, Client's name, and other identifying information will likely be published on BeBoss Creative's website, social media, or otherwise. No payment or additional services will be provided in return for Testimonial, and Client understands he or she is granting BeBoss Creative an unlimited, irrevocable license in perpetuity to use, publish, distribute, or repurpose any information provided to BeBoss Creative as part of a Testimonial.

Payment and Payment Plan

1. One-Time Payment: A one-time payment for the full value of the program payable up front, in full, or;

2. Payment Plan: agreed number of monthly installments payable monthly until all installments agreed have been successfully completed, if a payment plan option is selected.

A.) Client agrees to render payment via Credit Card on BeBoss Creative's sales and checkout page for EASE. Client understands that he/she/they/them is responsible for the full payment and agrees to pay the sum requested electronically via BeBoss Creative's website or a designated third party payment processor of BeBoss Creative's choosing, in full.

B.) If Client elects to purchase EASE via one of the offered payment plans, Client agrees to abide by the rules and payments as explained on BeBoss Creative's sales page. Client understands and agrees that following the first payment, subsequent payments will be automatically deducted utilising the same mode of payment that was used to make the initial payment. Should Client fail to make timely payments, or if additional payments are not able to be processed, Client understands: (1) the remainder of the Program may be forfeited if payment is not made within six days of the date it is due, and (2) Client will owe a £25 (GBP) late fee if he/she has not made the appropriate payment after the six day grace period. Client's decision to cease use of EASE for any reason does not eliminate Client's responsibility to complete the payment plan as agreed upon. Payment in full is required regardless of use, satisfaction with product, or results. BeBoss Creative reserves the right to pursue collections using a dedicated collections agency for any outstanding amounts owed.

C.) For clients opting for the payment plan:

(1) Program end date: Although the Program content and coaching services end, clients remain responsible for making all agreed payments as part of the payment plan agreement;

(2) Early pay option: At BeBoss Creative's sole discretion, clients may be offered the option to pay off the remaining balance of their payment plan in full at the original price. This offer is optional and is at the discretion of BeBoss Creative and may be communicated to clients during the Program.

D.) Client understands and agrees that his/her credit card used to make the initial payment in the payment plan will be automatically charged for each of the subsequent monthly payments thereafter, on or about the same date of the following month.

E.) BeBoss Creative reserves the right to cancel Client's access to EASE should he/she fail to make additional payments in accordance with the payment plan as agreed upon. Should this occur, Client understands they are not entitled to a refund of funds already issued to BeBoss Creative in exchange for work completed thus far, and it is up to the sole discretion of BeBoss Creative whether Client is to have continued access to any materials made available to Client during the Program up until payments were missed.

F.) No refunds after revocation: In the event that access to the program is revoked due to missed payments, no refunds will be issued for payments already made. Additionally, the client will remain responsible for the remaining balance of the payment plan as agreed upon in the initial contract.

 

Refund Policy

A.) EASE is backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee, allowing you to explore the program risk-free and determine whether the structure, teaching style, and implementation approach are aligned with your business needs.

If, within the first 7 calendar days from the official program start date, you feel the program is not the right fit, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected] prior to 11:50pm UK time on the seventh day after the official program start date.

After the 7-day guarantee window has passed, all payments are non-refundable, and participants remain responsible for completing any outstanding payment plan commitments.

Payment processing fees charged by third-party processors (e.g., Kajabi Payments, Stripe or PayPal) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund where applicable.

Client can expect reimbursement thirty (30) days after cancellation of Program in the same manner in which payment was made.

Client understands he/she will forfeit any and all access to Program and benefits if a refund is issued.

 

B.) Following this seven (7) day window, all sales will be considered final, and BeBoss Creative will not issue refunds for any reason. Please conduct any and all necessary research to determine if EASE is right for you prior to purchasing. After the 7-day period, all purchases are final, and Client is responsible for the full payment of all program fees, whether or not Client completes Program. If Client purchased Program with a payment plan, all payments must be made regardless of participation level.

Program Access & Content Updates

Your enrolment includes lifetime access to the version of the EASE curriculum available at the time of purchase, including any updates made to the core materials. Access does not include future live cohorts, newly created bonus programs, or separately released paid upgrades unless explicitly stated at the time of enrolment.

Optional add-ons, upgrades, or additional services purchased separately are non-refundable.

Voluntary Participation

A.) Client understands and agrees that they are voluntarily choosing to enroll in EASE and is solely responsible for any outcomes or results. While BeBoss Creative believes in its services and that EASE is able to help many people, You as the Client acknowledge and agree that BeBoss Creative is not responsible nor liable to Client should Client sustain any injuries, incur harm, or encounter any negative ramifications. Client agrees that he/she is fully responsible for his/her health and well-being, including participation in EASE and any results therein, and agrees that any decisions to implement strategies, tactics, and information contained within EASE is solely the responsibility and decision of Client.

B.) CLIENT BEHAVIOR: While Client is allowed to express his/her opinion and honest reviews regarding EASE and BeBoss Creative, should Client make any false or disparaging comments within the EASE "Kajabi Communities" channels, social media accounts, or any other community or platform where EASE students communicate, or otherwise publicly speak negatively about BeBoss Creative, Saara Kappi or any other member of BeBoss Creative, or EASE, Client may be removed from the EASE community. BeBoss Creative places community and positivity at the forefront of their brand, and in order to preserve community standards and experience for other members, a customer who cannot abide by this may lose his/her access to the community. Client understands that any extensive negativity or similar disruption to the community in this way may result in removal from the Program and all relevant communities, with NO REFUND.

 

Disclaimer

A.) BeBoss Creative cannot guarantee results of EASE, and cannot make any representations or guarantees regarding individual results. Client will hold BeBoss Creative harmless if he or she does not experience the desired results, including but not limited to building a profitable and predictable sales machine in your business.

B.) Earnings Disclaimer: BeBoss Creative also does not make any guarantees or assurances regarding a particular financial outcome based on use of Program, nor is BeBoss Creative responsible for Client earnings, or any increase or decrease in finances based upon information within EASE. Any information or testimonials regarding past or current clients' participation in EASE or working with BeBoss Creative contained on Website or in sales material that contain financial information are individual, and results may vary. BeBoss Creative is not able to learn and assess all clients' businesses, personal sales models, and strategies outside Program and as such, have no way of ensuring that Program will work or be applicable to all individuals or businesses. It is your job as the consumer to assess whether Program will be right or beneficial for you, and is in no way the responsibility of BeBoss Creative, Saara Kappi, or anyone else associated with BeBoss Creative.

C.) Client understands that all services provided by BeBoss Creative in connection with the Program being purchased are provided on an "as is" basis, meaning it is without any guarantees, representations, or warranties, including but not limited to warranties relating to quality, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or expectation or course of performance. Client is choosing to purchase this Program and work with BeBoss Creative on a purely voluntary basis and does not hold BeBoss Creative or Program responsible should Client become dissatisfied with any portion of the Program.

D.) Client agrees that he/she does not have a cause of action, legal remedy, and is not entitled to a refund should he/she not achieve the results desired following completion of the program, as long as BeBoss Creative delivers the Program as described in Paragraph 1 above, or similar substitutes, upon additional agreement by BeBoss Creative and Client.

E.) Client agrees to hold BeBoss Creative harmless should any physical, emotional, or financial injury occur as a direct or indirect result of use of EASE. The content provided by BeBoss Creative on his/her website and within EASE is comprised of information that has worked for BeBoss Creative and other clients, and may or may not be useful to Client in his/her personal business or life. Client understands BeBoss Creative cannot guarantee results from this Program, and has no expectation of a specific result that he or she holds BeBoss Creative responsible for.

Guest Expert Material

Program may include various modules, trainings, bonuses, and other education and information from those other than BeBoss Creative, including but not limited to other industry leaders, experts, and professionals. All information, resources, training, education, modules, and other opinions provided by guest experts will be solely their own, based upon their education and experience, and are not necessarily a reflection of the opinions of BeBoss Creative. Client agrees to indemnify and hold BeBoss Creative harmless from any and all claims relating to material or information provided by a guest expert - any issues Client may have with a guest expert must be taken up with the guest expert directly.

Intellectual Property

A.) Client agrees and understands that BeBoss Creative has created numerous original, creative works in connection with the Program, and agrees that BeBoss Creative maintains all copyrights, licenses, and other intellectual property rights in all original or derivative content associated with or included in the Program, including but not limited to: videos, modules, documents, charts, emails, graphs, products, systems, processes, handouts, worksheets, copy for website or sales pages, and any other original work created by BeBoss Creative (hereinafter "Content"). Client agrees she may be granted a limited right to use selected materials in the course of his or her own business, but understands that the original proprietary rights remain with BeBoss Creative. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a transfer of ownership of any Intellectual Property from BeBoss Creative to Client, nor grant any license to use the information, other than that which is expressly provided throughout the course of the Program.

B.) Client agrees and understands he/she is not to copy, repost, alter, publish, sell, assist others in selling, manipulate, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the content or intellectual property provided by BeBoss Creative or obtained through working with BeBoss Creative, without their express written consent. If such behavior is
discovered or suspected, BeBoss Creative reserves the right to immediately end Client's participation in the Program without refund, as well as access to any program or materials Client may have purchased, without refund, and reserve the right to prosecute any actionable infringement or misuse to the full extent of the law.

C.) Licensee Rights: BeBoss Creative Limited License to Client: Client understands that in purchasing the Program, she/he is gaining access to view all content and information available as part of the Program, as well as any additional information or content shared with him/her by BeBoss Creative as she sees fit. Client understands this means they have been granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to read and use the information provided for use in their business and life, as instructed or allowed by BeBoss Creative. As a "Licensee," Client understands and agrees that Client will not:

i. Copy, edit, distribute, duplicate or steal any information or any Content obtained through Program without written permission by BeBoss Creative;

ii. Post, distribute, copy, steal or otherwise use any portion of the Program or its content, or information obtained via other members in the group Program without written permission by BeBoss Creative, and understand that any such use may constitute infringement, which may give rise to a cause of action against Client.

iii. Claim any content created by BeBoss Creative as part of the Program or otherwise given to Client is his/her own, meaning he/she cannot claim any content created by BeBoss Creative was Client's work, and use in his/her business as his/her own.

iv. Share purchased materials, information, content with others who have not purchased them.

v. Client further acknowledges and understands that any such actions including but not limited to those outlined above will likely constitute infringement and/or theft of our work, and a violation of this Agreement and United States Federal laws.
Indemnification

Client agrees at all times to defend, fully indemnify and hold BeBoss Creative and any affiliates, agents, team members or other party associated with BeBoss Creative harmless from any causes of action, injury, illness, misunderstanding, damages, losses, costs, expenses incurred as a result of Client's use of Program, as well as any third-party claims of any kind (including attorney's fees) arising from his/her actions as a direct or indirect result of Client's participation in Program. Should BeBoss Creative be required to defend herself in any action directly or indirectly involving Client, or an action where we decide Client's participation or assistance would benefit BeBoss Creative's defense, Client agrees to participate and provide any evidence, documents, testimony, or other information deemed useful by BeBoss Creative, free of charge.

Program Access

A.) Once the Client purchases the Program, all modules and related materials will be made available to Client during the following 7 weeks from program start date, including curriculum drop weeks and implementation weeks, which are determined at BeBoss Creative's sole discretion. Bonuses offered during enrollment will be made available throughout the term of the Program at the sole discretion of BeBoss Creative. No guarantee is made regarding the results of the bonus materials.

B.) By purchasing a course with lifetime access, Client is granted ongoing access to the original course materials, including videos, call recordings, modules, and resources, for as long as the course exists on BeBoss Creative's platform. This does not include access to any future live sessions for new cohorts, updated or new content, or interactive features added after Client's enrollment. Lifetime access refers solely to the materials available at the time of Client's initial purchase. BeBoss Creative reserves the right to modify or discontinue elements of the course platform at any time.

Dispute Resolution

A.) Should a dispute arise between BeBoss Creative and Client, the parties agree to attempt to resolve by good-faith negotiations and discussions. (Client agrees that failure to see results is not a basis for a "dispute" and agrees he or she does not hold BeBoss Creative responsible for any specific results, or those results which have been achieved by other clients of BeBoss Creative.)

B.) If unable to reach a resolution informally, Client and BeBoss Creative agree that all disputes will be submitted for Arbitration by the British Arbitration Association, to be completed in London, United Kingdom within a reasonable amount of time. Client and BeBoss Creative agree to participate in the arbitration process in good faith and in a manner that will effectively and efficiently resolve the dispute at hand, including the exchange of any materials, documents, or information. The decision made by the arbitrator is to be final and binding on both parties, and is not to be appealed or otherwise set aside. It is to be enforceable in any court of proper jurisdiction as a judgment of law or decree.

Amendments

A.) This Agreement may be amended and/or updated by BeBoss Creative from time to time as needed, to reflect the growth and updates to the Program and services offered. However, any modifications or updates to these Terms shall apply only to new enrollments or future cohorts. Clients who enrolled under previous versions of these Terms shall continue to be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of their enrollment.

B.) Should any material changes be made, BeBoss Creative will notify all current Program users via the email address used to sign up, with continued use of Program to constitute acceptance and agreement to the updated Terms.

Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) Disclaimer

A.) BeBoss Creative may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies in connection with its Website, programs, and materials, including but not limited to AI-generated text, graphics, images, and/or audio. AI technology may be utilized as a tool to enhance, supplement, and optimize content. However, all final content published and provided by BeBoss Creative is reviewed by human oversight to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards. BeBoss Creative retains full copyright ownership over all content, whether AI-generated or human-created.

B.) Client understands and acknowledges that AI-generated content, while valuable, may not always be entirely accurate, complete, or up to date. BeBoss Creative makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or comprehensiveness of AI-generated content. Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that any reliance upon AI-generated content obtained from BeBoss Creative’s Website, programs, or materials is at their own risk. Under no circumstances shall BeBoss Creative be held liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or damages resulting from the use or reliance upon AI-generated content.

 

Promise of Results

You agree that the BeBoss Creative has not made any guarantees about the results, whether recommended on our website or not. BeBoss Creative provides educational and informational resources that are intended to help users of this Website succeed in their online business and otherwise. You nevertheless recognise that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of BeBoss Creative.
